  • Dr. Hunter is very passionate about 'mind-body' medicine and is delighted to sit down with an incredible practitioner and resource in our community, Carrie Kralicek, who, as a psychiatric nurse practitioner serving the North Idaho community, has a wealth of experience navigating the intersection of mental and physical health. Dr. Hunter and Carrie will collaborate in a wide sweeping examination of approaches to supporting mental health struggles from both conventional and holistic lenses. We will educate on the myriad of physical expression patterns of our mental health and embark on a multi-layered discussion of tools individuals can deploy to strengthen and heal patterns of disturbance in the mind-body axis of health.

Lisa recognized the need for community based Parkinson’s classes and founded PD-Connect, a nonprofit organization in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, offering PD-specific education and exercise classes on a donation basis.

    SteF Farina is a Master Trainer who specializes in Parkinson's and senior fitness. She is the co-founder of PD-Connect and runs an outdoor boot camp business.
