  • For many thousands of years humans have lived in intimate connection with their physical natural environment and the many adaptations to preserve health in relation to seasonal changes. Our modern world has largely removed this connection which is creating an enormous harmful impact on human health. In this Open Forum Dr. David and Dr. Hunter will explore the crucial influence the seasons and our physical environment have on our health and share deep-rooted medical philosophies on how to orient health through each season of the year. We will also discuss a wide range of lifestyle shifts, therapeutic approaches/treatments, and medicinals tailored to each season for health and vitality.


  • Dr. Hunter is very passionate about mind-body medicine and is delighted to sit down with an incredible practitioner and resource in our community, Carrie Kralicek, who, as a psychiatric nurse practitioner serving the North Idaho community, has a wealth of experience navigating the intersection of mental and physical health. Dr. Hunter and Carrie collaborate in a wide sweeping examination of approaches to supporting mental health struggles from both conventional and holistic lenses. This Open Forum educates on the myriad of physical expression patterns of our mental health, and embarks on a multi-layered discussion of tools individuals can deploy to strengthen and heal patterns of disturbance in the mind-body axis of health.
