This intake provides Alli an opportunity to closely understand your unique personal history, present life circumstances, and challenges with food and nutrition to better prepare her for building your personalized Nutrition Plan.

• Your personalized Nutrition Plan includes individualized recipes, healthy eating strategies, and, when applicable, exercise suggestions based upon your needs and your doctor’s recommendations. The Nutrition Plan will be delivered to your inbox via pdf 3-5 business days following your intake.

• Follow-up sessions will be based upon your individualized needs and schedule.

• Supplementations and revisions to your nutrition plan may occur in conjunction with these follow-up sessions.
