How To Become a Patient
If you have interest in becoming a new patient at Coeur d’Alene Healing Arts, please call our team at (208) 664-1644. We will be happy to answer any questions and schedule an appointment.
Steps to prepare for your first appointment:
Being prepared and on time allows you to gain the most from your experience.
Bring all medications, natural remedies, and supplements with you.
Bring copies of all relevant or recent medical test results.
Please complete the new patient forms at least one week prior to your appointment. The administrative staff will offer more guidance on this once you have scheduled an appointment.

About Your New Patient Appointment:
New patient appointments are 90-minutes face-to-face with the doctor.
Pediatric (12 and under) new patient appointments are 60-minutes.
We require a credit card to be held on file in a secure location. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
After establishing care, all follow-up appointments are billed based on the amount of time spent with your doctor.
We do not accept insurance. Payment is due at time of service. If you suspect your insurance will cover any of our services, ask about providing a superbill.
Cancellation Policy:
Two weeks prior, our staff will confirm your new patient appointment. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will be charged an additional $150.
For existing patients, we require a cancellation or reschedule notice 2 full business days prior to your appointment.
Same day cancellations or no call/no shows will incur a full appointment charge. This applies to both new and existing patients.
